Thank you for shopping with SPRPLX LLC. Every order is produced and fulfilled with care to ensure the highest quality possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
By placing an order through sprplx.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
During product launches, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify customers whenever reasonably possible.
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
Made-to-Order Products
Many SPRPLX products are manufactured specifically after your order is placed.
This production process helps reduce waste while maintaining product quality. Because of this, processing times may differ from traditional retailers.

Flat Rate — $9.98
International shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may require up to 48 hours after shipment before updates become visible.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship separately.
If this occurs:
- You will receive separate tracking numbers.
- You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
Shipping Delays
SPRPLX LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- International transportation delays
- Shipping carrier delays
- Labor strikes
- Government actions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Natural disasters
- High seasonal shipping volume
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information before completing checkout.
SPRPLX LLC cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.
If an order is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a shipment has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
SPRPLX LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost packages after delivery
- Stolen packages
- Delivery to parcel lockers
- Mailroom deliveries
- Carrier delivery errors after delivery has been confirmed
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding lost or stolen deliveries.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees
- Government processing fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges.
SPRPLX LLC has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.
Refused Shipments
If an international shipment is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import fees:
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Return shipping costs and any customs-related fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Because many SPRPLX products are produced specifically for each customer:
- Cancellation requests may only be accommodated before production begins.
- Order modifications cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
- Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at the sole discretion of SPRPLX LLC.
Shipping Restrictions
SPRPLX LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments to countries, territories, or addresses where shipping is restricted by law, carrier limitations, fraud prevention measures, or operational limitations.
