Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At SPRPLX LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following policies before placing your order.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Preorders
Products marked as Preorder are reserved specifically for your order.
Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for preorder items to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page. This timeframe begins after the preorder window closes.
Estimated preorder dates are subject to change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or fulfillment delays. If delays occur beyond our estimated timeline, we will notify customers with updated information.
Mixed Orders
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship separately for customers within the United States.
International orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items become available.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Because of this:
- Orders may only be canceled before they have entered fulfillment.
- Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been shipped.
- Requests to change shipping addresses after an order has been placed cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Include all original packaging, bags, and accessories
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
If your claim is approved, SPRPLX LLC will provide instructions for returning the item and will replace the product or issue a refund, when appropriate.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper washing, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), SPRPLX LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
For any other approved return, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
SPRPLX LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, SPRPLX LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs & International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and any additional charges required by their destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs or import fees required by your local government.
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import duties, any return shipping charges, customs fees, or carrier fees deducted from the return will be withheld from any eligible refund.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors and details. Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, print placement, sizing, or garment measurements may occur and are not considered defects.
