  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During product launches, preorders, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

  • Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

  • Contact us immediately at support@sprplx.com. If your order has not been fulfilled, we'll do our best to update the address.

  • Yes. International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by destination. Domestic orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days after fulfillment, while international orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

  • Preorder items are purchased before they are produced or stocked. Estimated shipping dates are listed on each product page.

  • Most SPRPLX garments feature an oversized, streetwear-inspired fit. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before ordering.

  • Some collections are limited and may never return. Popular designs may be restocked at our discretion.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for defective or damaged items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
